Fees for complex audits against SS2Q, DSME Standard and QIS2012

Where providers are delivering more than one programme from one or more offices or have more than one coordinator, the audit and therefore the associated fee will be individually tailored to each. The fee will be £2000, plus £50 per hour for each additional hour, per auditor, QISMET calculates that the full tailored audit will take, plus expenses.

Contracts and payment for SS2Q, DSME Standard and QIS2012

QISMET will supply providers with a tailored quote for their certification fee. The certification process will not begin until the fee has been agreed by both provider and QISMET, stated in the signed contract between both parties and the fee has been paid to QISMET.

QISMET guarantees that the final fee it charges for the audit will not exceed the quote, unless the information given by the provider is inaccurate to the extent that QISMET is no longer confident that the audit it has designed for the provider, (based on the information given by the provider), will yield a robust and credible audit. In this case QISMET will submit a revised quote with a full explanation of the justification for this to the provider.

The certification process will be suspended until the revised fee is agreed, or for one month, whichever is sooner. If agreement is not reached within one month QISMET will terminate the certification process and the provider will need to re-apply. In this situation QISMET will return the upfront fee paid by the provider, less all costs which QISMET has incurred whilst the certification process was ‘live.’

Note: Additional costs for 18 month audit

If the organisation grows substantially in nature between the initial audit and the 18 month audit visit QISMET reserves the right to levy an additional fee to account for additional auditor time it may cost to audit the enlarged organisation, especially where there are additional offices and programme leaders/coordinators, or programmes being delivered that were not covered in the original audit site visit.
